MACRO ARRAY DIAGNOSTICS

Trust in us

Our products allow for flexible, reliable, and affordable sensitisation profiling of each patient.

Our Promise
Supporting physicians with everything they need to provide patients with the best possible, efficient and individual care.

Efficiency

With only one blood sample, we test for 295 allergens, covering nearly 100% of all globally relevant allergens.

Flexibility

Better patient management through flexible sensitisation profiling because MADx products are customisable.

Education

Our interactive educational platform - THE MADx ACADEMY - is made by physicians for physicians - stay empowered and at the forefront of science.
Research at its best
Driven by science

We are part of an extensive academic collaboration network and are in constant conversation with the scientific communities from the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe. This mutually beneficial exchange ensures our ability to translate the newest findings in research directly into our products. Our science-oriented philosophy gives us the edge over our competitors in the allergy and food intolerance testing market. We continuously work on developing new applications for our patented nano-bead technology to ensure that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and quality of our products.

Products for doctors

MADx offers allergy and food intolerance test kits for doctors that are able to screen for 295 allergens and 286 food antigens, respectively. Doctors can process tests themselves with our small processing systems, or work together with a lab for the analysis. In both cases, our software solutions are here to support doctors with managing and interpreting results.

What our partners think

Dr. Ahmad AlKhabaz, MBBS, FRCP  |  Consultant Allergist & Clinical Immunologist

Comprehensive tests

It’s a major advantage for us, especially as a pediatrician, that I have a very small requirement of blood sample where I can get a large array of tests. It is often difficult to get a sample in larger volume from small children.
Dr. Serhii Yuriev | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Department of clinical immunology and allergology

Comprehensive tests

Considering that the majority of allergic patients are polysensitised, the principle of one test to detect sensitisation to 99% of all known allergens is the best diagnostic solution for both the patient and the clinician.
Dr. Evgenia Dytyatkivska  |  Vice president of the Allergists' Association of Ukraine

Molecular specificity

This is a prime example of how we choose personalised and evidence-based medicine to develop the best treatment for our patients.
Dr. Mariia Kryvopustova | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Department of Pediatrics

Molecular specificity

Molecular allergology is an integral part of my daily clinical practice as an allergist. I have the opportunity to analyse clinical and laboratory parallels using clinical and anamnestic data, skin testing and specific IgE.
Dr. Serhii Yuriev | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Department of clinical immunology and allergology

Molecular specificity

It is molecular allergy diagnostics that makes it possible to predict the severity of an allergic reaction in food allergies, to differentiate between true and cross allergies, to select components for AIT and to predict its effectiveness. All these factors improve the therapeutic options for allergic patients.
Dr. Olena Sharikadze | Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine  |  Professor Associate of the Pediatric Department

Molecular specificity

In combination with clinical data, molecular allergy diagnostics is the best possibility to determine the cause of the development of allergic symptoms in a patient.
Priv. Doz. Dr. U. Petra Zieglmayer  |  Centre of Allergy, Vienna-West

One-fits-all

Being able to determine the entire sensitisation profile of an allergy sufferer with a small amount of blood with one single cost-effective test means an enormous relief in clinical routine for me.
Dr. Olena Sharikadze | Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine  |  Professor Associate of the Pediatric Department

One-fits-all

As a doctor with experience in working with various types of allergy testing, the speed and accuracy of the results and their high sensitivity is an obvious benefit.
Dr. Mariia Kryvopustova | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Department of Pediatrics

One-fits-all

When, with the help of one analysis, we can get as much information as possible about sensitisation in a child and avoid additional painful diagnostic procedures, makes this technology optimal.
Prof. Erika Jensen-Jarolim, MD  |  Head of Comparative Medicine, interuniversity Messerli Research Institute | Center for Pathophysiology, Infectiology and Immunology

Why MADx?

In my private practice AllergyCare, the ALEX has become an indispensable tool in the clarification of even complex allergies. Thanks to the intelligent combination with the Raptor software, test results can be called up securely online. This means I practically always have my practice with me, no matter where I am. Especially in combination with telemedicine, I can now care for allergy sufferers anywhere in the world more efficiently than ever before.
Dr. Ahmad AlKhabaz, MBBS, FRCP  |  Consultant Allergist & Clinical Immunologist

Why MADx?

As a physician, I use allergy testing very often and it is very important for me to have sensitive and specific testing that is based on molecular testing and component testing.
Dr. Serhii Yuriev | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Department of clinical immunology and allergology

Why MADx?

Innovative technologies that ensure the accuracy of test results and the ability to get a complete picture of patient sensitisation in one analysis are important factors in MADx products.
Dr. Olena Sharikadze | Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine  |  Professor Associate of the Pediatric Department

Why MADx?

As a scientist, I think MADx is an opportunity to use the most modern research methods in order to study the peculiarities of sensitisation in children, especially in babies and toddlers.
Dr. Mariia Kryvopustova | Bogomolets National Medical University  |  Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Department of Pediatrics

Why MADx?

The successful experience in the use of MADx tests and information about innovative technologies that are constantly being improved are key factors for trust in the company.
Dr. Evgenia Dytyatkivska  |  Vice president of the Allergists' Association of Ukraine

Why MADx?

The high-quality MADx products have a high evidence base in the diagnosis of allergic diseases all over the world.

Identification of Potentially Tolerated Fish Species by Multiplex IgE Testing of a Multinational Fish-Allergic Patient Cohort (Kalic)

This is the first study using a multiplex technology to investigate IgE sensitisations to parvalbumins from 10 fish species, along with fish extracts from raw and heated fish material. Serum samples from 263 clinically well-defined fish allergic patients from a multinational cohort were analysed regarding their sensitisation patterns in a research version of the ALEX² Allergy Xplorer.

Multiplex component-based allergen macroarray test is useful to predict clinical reactivity to tree nuts in children (Akarsu)

The present study is the first investigating that the ALEX2 Allergy Xplorer is a reliable and useful stand-alone tool in the bottom-up for the diagnosis of tree nut allergy in children. In 169 children, skin prick tests, extract- and molecular allergen-specific IgE antibodies were examined for clinical relevance.
